In this organization, it becomes clear that protection of certain managers comes above accountability, while employees who raise genuine concerns face retaliation, humiliation, and even termination. During my own experience, I witnessed that speaking up about unethical practices led to threats and isolation. The management prioritized saving managers over doing what is right, and used their power to silence those who tried to raise their voice. This was a painful experience, but it taught me how important it is for workplaces to: Encourage transparent feedback Protect employees who report concerns Hold all levels of management accountable, not just the rank and file No employee should feel threatened for standing up for integrity, and no organization should value hierarchy or power over ethics. I share this to remind all professionals: your voice matters, and raising concerns is a sign of courage, not weakness."

"These guys hold their employees even after 7pm that is way past their working time. Its somewhat manageable for men but why hold women as well.
